This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, the hosting infrastructure automatically processes connection data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Server log data is retained only as long as needed for these purposes.

Vercel may process data in the United States. Transfers are safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses and Vercel's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (your email address, name, and the content of your message) to handle your inquiry and any follow-up correspondence.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. Correspondence is retained as long as required for the business relationship and applicable statutory retention periods, and is deleted afterwards.

When publishers, creators, brands, or agencies work with us, we process the contact and contract data needed to run the partnership: names and business contact details of the people involved, contractual conditions, and billing information. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (statutory obligations, in particular tax and accounting law).

We share personal data only with service providers that support the operation of this website and our business (hosting, email infrastructure, accounting), each bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR, or where we are legally obliged to disclose it. We do not sell personal data.
